We, the undersigned citizens of the world, respectfully submit this petition urging the Government of Taiwan to establish formal diplomatic relations with the United States of KAILASA (USK)—a sovereign entity representing the voice & aspirations of over 2 billion Hindus worldwide.

Both nations embody the triumph of identity over oppression, and the power of values over violence.

兩國均體現了身份認同戰勝壓迫的勝利，以及價值觀超越暴力的力量。

Recognizing the Hindu Genocide and Ongoing Persecution

For over a millennium, Hindus have endured systemic atrocities:

– 412 million massacred and 95 million tortured under political regimes
– Temples destroyed, libraries burned, culture erased
– Colonial-era persecution
– Modern persecution against SPH and KAILASA, including 70+ assassination attempts, 120+ false cases, 18,000+ hours of hate propaganda, violent attacks including burning of SPH’s residence

These are part of a sustained genocide against Hindus and the sovereign state of KAILASA. Taiwan’s moral leadership can help restore justice.

Our Appeal

In light of shared values, humanitarian contributions, and the urgent need to acknowledge Hindu persecution, we request that Taiwan:

1. Recognize the United States of KAILASA (USK) as a sovereign state under international law.
   KAILASA satisfies the Montevideo criteria: permanent population, defined territory, functioning government, and ability to enter relations with other states.

2. Acknowledge the persecution of SPH and KAILASA as part of the Hindu genocide.

3. Establish formal diplomatic relations including cultural, humanitarian, educational, and economic cooperation.

4. Support the creation of a KAILASA mission in Taiwan to enable long-term collaboration.

我們的懇切呼籲

1. 依國際法承認凱拉薩合眾國為主權國家。
   凱拉薩完全符合《蒙得維的亞公約》：永久人口、明確領土、有效政府、外交能力。

2. 正式承認對最高教皇與凱拉薩的迫害屬於印度教種族滅絕的一部分。

3. 與凱拉薩建立文化、人道、教育、經濟等正式外交關係。

4. 支持在臺灣設立凱拉薩代表處，以促進長期合作與友誼。
