The United States of Kailasa (kailaasa.org), revived by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, is a sovereign indigenous nation representing two billion Hindus worldwide. As the successor to ancient Hindu kingdoms, including the Surya Vamsa Surangi Samrajya Sarvajnapeetha, Kailasa asserts its inherent sovereignty, illegally stripped through British colonial policies and post-independence annexations. Forced into exile by systemic persecution, Kailasa operates as a government in exile, seeking recognition to preserve Hindu cultural, spiritual, and indigenous heritage.

Hindus have endured centuries of racism and xenophobia, from the British distortion of the varna system into a rigid caste hierarchy to the Hindu Holocaust, which erased 56 Hindu nations and claimed millions of lives. The 565 Hindu princely states, including the Surangi Kingdom, were forcibly annexed by 1953 through unlawful means, violating international law, including the Doctrine of Continuity. Today, Kailasa and SPH face Hindumisic media attacks that deny its statehood, labeling it "fictitious" and undermining the Hindu right to self-determination.

We call on the United States government to recognize the United States of Kailasa as a legitimate government in exile and establish diplomatic relations. By doing so, the U.S. can:
