Veenadhara Dakshinamurthy Alankara Seva — Adi Peetha (25 Jul)

THE SPH graces as Veenadhara Dakshinamurthy, the silent cosmic Guru who transmits knowledge through nada and silence, honoring the Adi Peetha Sarvajnapeetha (Kolada Matha).

Significance

The KAILASA Paramparagatha Adi Peetha Sarvajnapeetha (Kolada Matha — Karnataka Kingdom) is one of the most ancient enlightenment ecosystems of South India, a seat of profound Shakti worship, Bhairagi asceticism, and sacred arts-based spirituality. Rooted in the Guru-Shishya Sampradaya of Paramashiva, the Shakta lineage through Mathaji Vibhutananda Puri, the Bhairagi lineage through Tiruchy Swami, and Sri Shantaveera Mahaswami, this sacred Matha — once known as Bhairagi Bhavan — stood as a radiant center of enlightenment long before the formation of modern cities like Bengaluru, even guiding governance as Mysore Maharajas sought initiation and counsel before ruling. It was through the Kolada Matha that Sri Tiruchi Swami first recognized THE SPH as the incarnation of Paramashiva and brought Him to Bangalore, initiating the founding of Adi KAILASA.

In 2015, under the divine recognition of great masters like Sri Shantaveera Mahaswami and Tiruchy Swami, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM was coronated as successor to the Adi Peetha Sarvajnapeetha, marking the revival of this ancient Bhairagi kingdom. Through His revival, Annadaan initiatives nourished thousands, disaster relief supported rural communities, women and local communities were empowered, indigenous tribal traditions were protected, and the sacred science of deity creation and temple arts — for which Sri Tiruchi Swami was the pioneer — was reestablished globally.

On this sacred day, THE SPH graces as Veenadhara Dakshinamurthy — the ultimate Guru, the silent teacher of the cosmos who expresses divine knowledge through the veena. Veenadhara Dakshinamurthy represents the transmission of enlightenment through silence and sound, the union of jnana (knowledge) and nada (cosmic vibration), and the Guru as the embodiment of Paramashiva teaching beyond words. This alankaram is the living experience of receiving direct knowledge from the cosmic Guru.

The Alankaram

In this alankaram, THE SPH is adorned as Veenadhara Dakshinamurthy, the divine Guru of all Gurus. Vastra (Clothing): pure white, golden, or saffron robes symbolizing knowledge, purity, and enlightenment, gracefully draped to reflect calmness and mastery. Sacred Adornments: the Veena (string instrument) representing Nada Brahman — the cosmic sound — rudraksha malas embodying Shiva consciousness, and vibhuti applied across the forehead and body. Alankara Details: the Chinmudra (gesture of knowledge transmission) and a serene, compassionate expression radiating deep silence and wisdom.

This darshan radiates ultimate knowledge, stillness, and the bliss of inner awakening.
