On October 19, 2025, the City Council of Chino Hills issued an official Proclamation recognizing Diwali’s 22nd Anniversary Grand Celebration and honoring the United States of KAILASA — the revival of the ancient Sanatana Hindu civilizational nation serving over two billion Hindus worldwide.

The proclamation acknowledges THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, the 1008th living incarnation of Paramashiva and Sovereign of the United States of KAILASA, for HIS tireless dedication to uplifting humanity through Paramashiva consciousness, the revival of KAILASA, and the promotion of Advaita (Oneness) and Ahimsa (Non-violence).
